Emily has managed many projects with me extremely efficiently, replying promptly to any requests for information. She had addressed queries and concerns that I have had in a prompt and informative manner and ensured successful completion of legal agreements which will lead to the adoptions of residential and industrial developments in Staffordshire. We have had face to face meetings and reached successful conclusions on some difficult sites
From day one Emily was extremely professional and confident in her organisational skills. From tender negotiations to contract management, through to programme completions. She also plays a major role in negotiating complex environmental, planning and utility infrastructure issues to enable development to proceed.

Emily is a fantastic Project Manager and Leader who’s knowledge on infrastructure is second to none. Emily has a great understanding of property development and I’ve seen her give sage advice which has both enabled development and minimised construction costs.
